In these terms, "we", "us", and "this site" mean Cartwheel, LLC operating under that trade name. Visitors to this site are contracting with Cartwheel, LLC, not with any individual.
What this site is
bhdrv.com is a family-friendly website featuring road-trip media, blog posts, light interactive games, an AI chat experience built around two basset hounds (Frankie and Henrietta) and their cat sister (Piper), and a postcard send-a-message feature. It is provided for entertainment.
Acceptable use
- Use this site lawfully and respectfully.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or attack the site.
- Do not submit content (postcards, chat messages) that is unlawful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate for a family-friendly setting.
- Do not impersonate others.
- Submitted content may be moderated, removed, or refused at our discretion.
AI features
The campfire chat and the postcard auto-reply features may use third-party AI services (currently Google Gemini) to generate responses. AI replies are written in-character and may be inaccurate, fanciful, or out-of-date. Do not rely on AI replies for medical, legal, financial, or safety decisions.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card number. See the Payments and card data section of the privacy page for the full statement.
No warranty

Total liability for any claim is limited to the lesser of fifty US dollars or the amount you paid us (which is currently zero, because the site is free to use).
Children and family-friendly stance
This site is built to be family-friendly and G-rated. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information here, contact us via the postcard porch on the home page so we can remove it.
